Steak 'n Shake

This location was the worst steak and shake I have ever been to. The waiter was rude and didn't crack a smile. My mom ordered cole slaw and hated it. She told the waiter nicely that the cole slaw didn't taste good and didn't have enough dressing. The waiter's reply was, "Yeah...our cole slaw is not very good." Then my mom (while ordering) asked what a certain menu item came with. His reply was, "whatever you order with it." Rude. Having been a waitress myself in the past, he should have told the customer what the item came with (if anything) and then given her the option of adding a side for extra $$.

Paducah and Marion Steak N shake have gotten a little lax, but it's still an okay place to eat.

The food was cold and it took forever to get our food because they forgot to put our order in.

I ordered breakfast and asked for my eggs to be cooked with yolk busted and cooked. My eggs were raw. I didn't eat them. Just looking at them, I lost my appetite.

We were there late at night and there was hardly anyone there but it took them almost 40 minutes to even take our order. Once we got our food, half of it was wrong. Very disappointed overall.

Really busy and couldn't get a table so we left.

We went through the drive thru thinking it would be quicker. We had 2 cars in front of us and we waited 15 mins to get our food. When we got our bag we looked inside after driving off and our fries were only 1/2 full. For $14 meal I would have expected full containers of fries. This is our 2nd terrible experience at this location in the last couple of months. We will not be going back.

They put half bottle of ketchup and mustard on my burger. Yuck!

Too long of wait.

The food was great and everything, however, we stood and waited on a table for 10 minutes when there was no one else waiting and plenty of tables open. It also took about 1 hour to receive our food, then they forgot my order. So it took another 10-15 minutes to receive that. They did give me the food for free, but it wasn't very busy in the restaurant and it took way to long for something that should've taken about 15 minutes.
