Food and service was good, however, all three people in my group had bad diarhia within half an hour after leaving restaurant.

App was down so couldn't use points or get the free shake, was told after ordering. Went to pay and was told they couldn't accept gift cards and we had $50 worth. We went to use them. Only got 1 refill for 6 people eating.

The nastiest burger I have ever eaten in my life!!!! I got Halfway through the burger and there was a COOKED FLY in it. It was literally all I could do to hold myself together from not throwing up all in my car. I will NEVER eat at this restaurant again and will be complaining to corporate!!!!

we went through the drive thru. my friend was trying to give them my order and the woman over the speaker kept interrupting my friend and rushed us to pull up to the window before my friend could give her the rest of my order. Literally I needed a side of cheese sauce and lettuce but the woman did not give my friend time to ask. our fries were past the point of serving. literally, they had to have been sitting back there for an hour. They were stale and they weren't even warm. I never got a spoon for my shake, my hot dog was gross because I couldn't add lettuce to it, meaning it was not what I wanted. I know it was busy but she could have at least given us the common courtesy of letting us finish our sentences and our order. That's terrible customer service. I hate visiting this steak n shake the more that I go because I consistently get bad service lately. It's not a one time thing anymore. it's every visit. I'm sick of it.
