Fast service, cheap prices

The food was good but drive thru was extremely slow

It was good but fries taste plain

My coworkers and I go to Steak 'n Shake after work often because it's the only thing left open around midnight. that being said, the quality of service and food drops significantly at night as opposed to during daytime hours, which is hardly fair. A 24 hour service restaurant shouldn't let its servers get lazy just because it's the night shift. The quality of food should never significantly drop either. ever. The menu doesn't change, and the food shouldn't taste different at any time of the day. The mall of Georgia location needs to step their night shift game up. I wish I could enjoy my experience there more.

I had to get a plain hamburger for my daughter to use as part of her xience fair project

Had water but the water was dirty like the ice machine needs ckeaning. Also had to wait 10 minutes at register before someone even acknowledged that I was waiting to check out.

Order was messed up but easily got what we paid for
