Fries were hard and not fresh. Ordered salt and vinegar fries and they had no flavor on them

had to speak with the manager in order to get service. service was ok once we finally got waited on.

Their food was good and service was ok. However, every Steak and Shake we have been to,when you go to pay, they are extremely slow about coming to ring you up. I'm not sure what the problem is but I feel that needs to be addressed.
