did not get our milkshakes, that we ordered with the food, until we were leaving and had to ask for to go cups. also, several employees looked at us when were waiting to be seated, but none came. An off duty waitress did.

They were really understaffed for today. We went to Steak n Shake because they were one of the few places open on Christmas Day. The food was good but we waited a long time to get it.

Food was cold, service was nonexistent, got one water never came back to ask if we needed anything.
