Steak 'n Shake

Food is always good but never consistent Out favorite waitor was not there is the service was lax.

Great food, friendly employees. Fast service but store wasn't clean.

We travel to a steak and shake further than the one we live near to eat with Keith. Keith is the greatest waitor ever!!

only ordered shakes. they forgot my order while sitting at the window and the shake was stiff when I finally got it and I had to let it melt before I could drink it

We visited Steak 'n Shake late Saturday night. It was fairly busy but there were plenty of seats open. It took us close to 15 minutes to be seated. A waitress finally came to our table after 10 minutes of us sitting there. We went there specifically for burgers and chili cheese fries only to be told there was no chili or they " misplaced" the chili and can't find it. The food we ended up ordering was good but the wait for being seated, ordering and food delivery was extremely too long. It will be quite some time before I visit a Steak 'n Shake again.

Need to have more professional people

had asked waitress to bring chile out first but everything came out together. which made our fries cold by the time we ate them.

Food good at restaurant on Cobb Parkway in Marietta,Ga. but service is terrible and slow!

Went through the drive thru wait 2-3 mins before someone even took my order - once I got my shake, picked it up and leaned it towards me to sip it the top came off and it spilled all over my seat and floor - pulled over and went in and the manager acted as if she was bothered by me coming in there to ask for napkins and for a new shake

Horrible experience It took forever to get my order and my milkshake tasted like freezer burn
