Steak 'n Shake

Burger was cold. Mixed up my order with someone else. Had to wait for them to get it right

Once our waitress gave us our bill it was like she forgot about us. We needed drink refills and we never saw her again. Also, upon check out I requested that it be split and the woman at the counter did not do that and charge me the full bill. Luckily my friends are cool with it but I wasn't

Ended up not eating the chicken sandwich I got.. Part of the chicken was purple and NO it wasn't because it was burned. The chicken was just bad.. But it was 1am and I wasn't going to go back to tell them to make me another one.

The food was good. Order was messed up, but I didn't want to correct.

Your drive thru wait times are the longest I've ever waited in! 30 minutes is unacceptable!

service awful, took forever to get drinks, left off one of the kids meals she had to watch everyone else eat for ten minutes, food warm not hot

It was slow service, and my food was cold by the time I got it. I thought after waiting 40 minutes I would at least have hot food.

I don't know if our server was new or what. We had to ask for things repeatedly. The kitchen didn't get my daughter's food out with the rest of the order.

I got a hot dog and fries and my hot dog was cold. Not even the bun was remotely warm and the fries were nothing special. I've always gotten their shakes; never their food, but my friend convinced me to try their food. Never again though. I'll stick with the shakes
