The value or price of the meal is good, but the burger was paper thin. Perhaps they could add more beef to each patty...just a little more please

I was surprised with the speed of the service for this visit. On past visits to the same location I waited a ridiculous length of time for my food. This time I got my food quickly. The food was hot, fresh, and tasted good. My only complaint would be that when I walked into steak and shake, I waited at the counter for at least five minutes before I was ever acknowledged.

The drive-through is very slow you have to wait a long time most of the time in 30 minutes or longer
