I usually have a 100% positive experience at any Steak n Shake I visit but this time it took a little longer than usual to get my order correct. I had a coupon to receive 4 $4 meals with classic shakes for each meal for only $19.99 got the initial order really quick but one sand which was missing the top bun so I had to go back inside to return the sandwich and get a new one. They did give me another order of fries for the wait so that helped my frustration. Love Steak n Shake good food

My meal was good. Wish I could have used my coupon at the drive thru though
