They have awesome food and great service. And they're half price drinks deal is great for my pockets.

The food was okay but it took forever to get it

The fries were not crispy but soft not worth eating . Had to drive back to get child's drink and the nuggets were spicy.

I will never go again

Our food was incredible tonight. The service was pitiful. Few people were there, I asked for a refill three times and we were there for well over an hour.

This sns is very slow

Had a great waitress, but my food was t as fresh tasting and looking as usual.

Need to be faster. The quality of the food in the drive through is bad too

forforthe service was very poor at this steak n shake. one waitress was on her phone. another was eating while working without washing her hands.my food came wrong twice and when it finally came right, it was cold. I only ate there because I had a Coupon for a free meal.
