Steak 'n Shake

service was very slow and the oder were wrong.

Order was not correct after waiting in line a long time

Service was slow the person who took the order and took the money was not very friendly. If someone else had not wanted steak and shake I would've chose something else.

the food was good, but it took around 15 min for a waitress to take our drink order, 25 min to get our food, I never got 1 drink refill, and we wanted to order milkshakes after our meal, but the waitress never came by. not usual for steak n shake, but I was not satisfied with the speed of service

Very rude employee

Restaurant 1/2 full and it took 10 min to have our order taken and 30 more to get our food. Server never came back once to check on us. She stayed in the work area the entire time talking to coworkers. There were approximately 15 people waiting to be seated when we left. Still with the restaurant only being about half full. I made sure to tell the people that they would be waiting a very long time for their food and many left behind me. I will not be back to this location.

Didn't get order right

Could not get my order correct in drive thru went back in to have remade and ran out of sauce and did not go and find more

Slow service. Said thy we're running low on silver wear.
