This particular Steak and Shake can't take an order for anything. Add that to the super slow drive thru service and I will never go to this little action again. Don't ask for "no bun" because you won't get the rest of your burger either. Terrible.

The cashier tried to charge twice the price of my order. Left my food and refused to pay.

We sat in the drive-through for 15 minutes and never got to order or moved one car. So we left.
