Steak 'n Shake

Came by for 1/2 price shakes but the Strawberry milkshake I ordered tasted so bad that I couldn't eat much of it. The ice cream tasted freezer burned & the strawberry flavoring was off.

Great burgers service terrible. Waited forever and shakes were watery. Horrible visit today

My children's order was brought way before my order. Their fries and cheese were very cold. They were completely finished eating before my food was brought. We were almost ready to leave when our shakes were finally brought out.

Milk shake tasted funny

Very slow service. Cold fryes, slow taking my payment. Bad waitress

Line was too long at the store and wasn't moving, so we left

sI really like Steak n Shake, but thd service was horrible this visit. The girl at the drive thru window had a nasty attitude. I waited for a really Iong time before ordering and to get my food. Then when I got it, it was wrong.

Sat in the drive thru for FORTY-FIVE (45) minutes and finally made it to the menu to place my order. Waited another FIFTEEN (15) minutes and never got to the window to get my food! After waiting a total of an HOUR in the drive thru I drove off!!

Once we were seated our drink order was taken and we had to wait 17 minutes to get our waters and tea. Once we received our food, we had to wait another 5-7 minutes to receive silver ware even though we asked two people. The one lady thought it was cute to stand behind the drink counter pointing and laughing to our waiter instead of bringing it to us. Our drink cups were empty the entire time we were eating.
