Steak 'n Shake

Drive thru service is always slow, but i expect that going in there. The food was great, though they don't seem as generous with the fries in the drive thru as they are when you dine in.

The drive through cheese fries were kind of silly. They just had the cheese in a lite cup for dipping. They could have used a typical restaurant take out box and poured the cheese on it

The meal I had was great, but it took much longer than I expected.

I had a jalapeño crunch burger which was delicious. Iced tea was also very good. Server was so soft spoken that it is difficult to understand what she is saying.

Took forever to place our order and there was no line. Get our food finally and each fry container was not even half way filled. I was very disappointed with my service/experience and really do not think I'll be returning to Steak N Shake anytime in the near future

The only thing I like there is there shakes

Service was impossibly slow. Several minutes delay between each car in the drive-thru. This cannot be explained by "made-to-order" food. Besides, when I received my order, both burger and fries were COLD!
