Steak 'n Shake

Service was awful. Waited a long time to be waited on then waited a long time on food then I had to send the food back.

Server was barely around. We would have ordered milkshakes but the waitress never came back and we said heck with it. The cook, another worker and a friend sat at the counter and one had their pants halfway down like idiots wear them! It took me a year to go back. I promise I will never return. Ridiculous!

Takes too long to get your order.

Food was cold , service was slow

30 min wait just to order. only two people on stuff. just horrible on timing.

This place still sucks. Get better servers, get better cooks, get better managers.

We never ordered our food. We were seated but not in a timely manner. There were not many customers. We were asked upon sitting what we wanted and we said just give us a minute. The waitress never returned. She seated two other tables and took both their orders. I overheard her tell someone it would be another hour before the chili would be ready which is what we came for again. We waited almost 20 minutes and she didn't come back so we left. We were there 2 nights ago and they were out of chili. This is chili season.

This establishment is a disgrace. There is trash all over the parking lot. I first went to the drive-thru--no one was at the speaker or the window so there was no service. I then had to go inside and again was met with poor service--there was no one available to take the order. The service was terribly slow and lazy.

The staff was very rude and slow. There was a total of 5 tables to take care of and they done an awful job for everyone. A lot of people were mad
