Steak 'n Shake

I came and got milkshake and soda. milk shake was super runny and soda was wrong drink

I asked for mayonnaise only and I got about a quarter size on my bun so went around and asked for more and they took my burger and was just a little bigger than the first

The drive thru was very slow. If we go through again and it's that slow we won't go back.

The meat was dry.

Although staff was nice, they were terrible at speed of service, 3 of then sat in a corner talking while our meal sat for at least 7 min on the warmer for them, I finally went and told then it was up there. It was not hot , fries and hotdog was stale tasting. We didn't send back because we didn't have time

It was not good the food was cold

it was very bad customer service stale fries and didn't acknowledge me at all very dirty never will I come back
