Steak 'n Shake

Delicious food! The drive through is a little slow but it's usually worth the wait!!

I had a buy one get one free coupon that was about to expire so I stopped by steak and shake after I have been shopping at Kohl's. I thought they milkshakes were OK but I did not think the size was very good for the price.

Slow service

they're one of the few places open after midnight which is why we went but their service always seems really slow.

Our server forgot to get us drinks but the manager jumped in to help. Handled very well. Felt that the server might be new and needs more training before a busy shift on a Friday night.

We also choose to go because we knew they have wifi (we are changing internet company and have no internet at home )and that was a mega plus for us to go ; but the internet is so slow and it take us more than 2 attempts to finally get connected, but overall a good experience
