I don't know why but Steak and shake has the slowest drive thru in town always! When I came to the drive thru at 9:50 in the morning there were no cars except mine and it still took 6 minutes for a sandwich and two sliders .

If was very hectic in there and noticeable that things weren't going smoothly for any of the employees.

food was fast and 5 tasted good. Waitress was awesome, very good customer service. overall value for dollar was great

The girl taking my order wasn't very friendly and while I was ordering I heard her over the speaker talking about something unprofessional to another employee. The food was great but I wasn't all that pleased with the service
