Steak 'n Shake

I did not order because the staff totally ignored us and did not seat us even though there were plenty of empty tables. After SEVERAL minutes, my husband and left.

I waited in line for 20 minutes for a coffee hash brown and parfait!!! And the only excuse was the had a rush!!! There were 3 cars ahead of me and 4 people in line inside horrible experience very slow service

This was the single worst drive thru experience I have ever had. The staff was extremely rude and ignoring. They tried to give us the order of the car behind us and looked at us horribly when it was their fault. We ordered 2 smores milkshakes and a nutella and ALL of them were vanilla but we just took it anyway so we could leave. This location should be shut down with ignorant employees running it how it is. Lazy, disrespectful, and should appreciate having a job. I'd hate to think this was a racial issue.

I visited steak n' shake for the sole purpose of getting milkshakes for myself and my girlfriend. We were in the drive-thru for about 45 minutes, and when I finally got up to the window to pay and get our shakes I was informed that the shake I ordered was not able to be made because they did not have the ingredients, so I ordered another shake instead and it took about 10 more minutes for that shake to come out. I enjoyed the shake, but the time spent to receive it wasn't good. I will not be returning to that location.
