Steak 'n Shake

Good food and server was good. Food was slow and not hot. Cashier was very inattentive

Was disappointed with the Cajun fries. Otherwise food was hot and fresh.

The food was a little over cooked.

I've had to file a complaint against this store twice before because the service was so poor. It was horrible with a bunch of kids playing behind the counter instead of working hard to provide great customer service. The food was as bad as the service! I am disabled and on a cane and upon my arrival a young man came to hold the door open for me, which was really sweet but he was wearing gloves and went right back to the grill to cook burgers without changing his gloves! GROSS! That is so unsanitary! I immediately called the store after leaving and notified the on duty manager but she herself sounded like a child and if I had to bet, she probably did nothing or said anything about to the employees who touch food! That's why I only order milkshakes and I do not order food! Too much room for error, mistakes and unsanitary conditions! I have lupus and can't afford to get sick from food too!

The line was extremely long & slow. Several people just left after placing their order but before getting their food. The fries weren't fresh & tastes gross.

The service was bad because for some reason no one wanted to take our order

Tasty food However, I called my order in and it still took as long as if I had just gone through the drive thru.
