The service was HORRIBLE. There were like 5 people in the whole restaurant and in took roughly 20 minutes just to have our drink order taken. They were plenty of employees. They stood around in the back talking. Many others during the weekend had extremely poor service as well. Definitely won't be going to that Steak 'n Shake again.

Horrible service. It took way too long with very few patrons. The food was great once we got it.

Was told I couldn't choose my salad dressing. Drive thru took 20 min.

Food is always delicious, however we waited in the drive-thru for 30 minutes, which I think is absolutely ridiculous.

The server was not very friendly. It took way too long to get out me food. Shakes came after we had all finished our food. Then we were missing one. It didn't get to us until after we finished all the other shakes.
