Perhaps they were understaffed, but it took forever to get chicken strips and jalapeño poppers. The two cars in front of me also waited too long. Additionally, I did not get the dipping sauce for my chicken. I'll still order from there, but not when I only have 30 minutes for lunch.

I went to Hardee's with a coupon for a free beverage when I purchased an all natural burger. The cashier first gave me a small drink and then took it back. By the end of the transaction he forgot to give me a drink at all!

The lady was very rude! The hash browns were freezer burnt
