The reason I came to culvers this time was because of a bad experience before. My husband had waited 30 mins for food only to be told his order had been forgotten and had to wait another 10 minutes for food. By the time he got home we didn't even have time to eat and had to reheat it later. All the manager offered was one free meal and an icecream cone. If I would have been there I would have demanded a refund plus my food. I now feel bitter towards culvers which sucks because I love the custard
