It was a busy night and we were told it would be a 30 minute wait to get a table. We were fine with that however, we did wait at least 30 minutes and in that time they seated at least 10 parties of 2 ahead of us. All of these people came in after us. There were 3 of us, but it was 2 adults and a toddler who needed a high chair. When we finally got seated, we were seated at a small booth for 2 with a highchair pulled up. If they were going to just do that then why not seat us before the 10 couples they seated before us? I think that was highly unfair, especially when we had a very hungry and slightly crabby toddler. I think Red Robin really needs to rethink their service and how they seat people.

the food was so bad it was almost not edible, and way over priced we will not be going back anytime soon

This was my first bad experience with Red Robin.. We usually love everything about It. Last night the service was beyond slow, the onion ring tower was burnt, and it took forever to get our drinks.
