Friendly and efficient staff even at 9:15pm. We did not feel like we were intruding even just before closing.

The prices were high for a fast food restaurant and especially in comparison to food quality. There was nothing especially friendly about the staff or especially different or tasty on the menu to justify the higher prices in my opinion.
