Service was slow and my order was wrong

I will NEVER return!! There was one person inside and I was the only person in the drive thru.. I waited 12 minutes for a plain cheese burger. The staff barely acknowledged that I was there.. Only to take my money and not mention that there would be a wait. This happened the last time that I was there but I wanted to give them another chance..
