food was ok restaurant was dirty employees could care less about anything

Great fast food but way too expensive.

To high priced for burgers

Visited this Hardee's location with the hopes it would match the quality of my local Hardee's. I was mistaken. The service was slow and the food was okay at best. Plus was the customer service. The gentleman behind the counter was friendly and helpful. Overall a fair experience that could have been much better.

Took 25 min in drive thru only ordered a biscuit and coffee

Food was good but they shorted me a biscuit.

I waited in the drive thru for five min which was no big deal till I got to the window and ordered a 30 oz cherry coke for a dollar which is what the window banner advertised and the cashier told me they didn't sell dollar sodas and then I heard a man in the background saying stuff about it so I said forget it drove off and went next door to McDonald's where I purchased a dollar soda with no issues! Can't believe you would lose a customer over a dollar soda!

I pulled in yesterday to buy a soda because in their front window they were advertising $1 30oz sodas. I asked for a cherry coke and was told they didn't have dollar sodas. So then I proceeded to tell them that they had a huge sign in the front window saying they did and the girl who was taking my order left her intercom speaker on and I could hear the manager griping and complaining about us and not going to give us what they were plainly advertising. First have them take the sign down if it's not a promotional thing happen. Second maybe they should speak to managers on manners and employees as well. I was told um well ok and could still hear the manager complaining so I said never mind and drove away.
