Culver's needs to have more coupons! I would go more often if they did.

Burger was not hit

We were doing some out of town shopping in Kansas City and decided to get some ice cream. We ordered two concrete mixers. The girl at the register did not seem to even want to be at work. She entered our order in wrong twice before getting it right. Then we got our order number and went to grab a table. After waiting for nearly 20 minutes I went up to the counter to see what was taking so long. The same girl who took our order walked back 5 feet to a cooler and grabbed our concretes and just handed them to me without saying anything. No apology even. Well our concretes were mostly melted at this point but I just took them. We had our 4 month old baby with us who was getting fussy and we didn't want to wait and ask for another order to be made. Sad to say we won't be returning to this specific culvers ever again. We never have problems at our local culvers in lawrence.

Bacon was tasteless

Order was wrong, anything I hate is to not get the food I ordered.

There was hair in my food and although they replaced it, I lost my appetite.

my sandwich was a mess. I had to sort of put it back together and it seemed to be missing ingredients compared to my past orders.

Burger and fries were good. Chicken sandwich was low quality, almost like cafeteria food.

I wound up getting sever pains in my stomach and excessive belching for hours.
