Meh. Expensive mediocre food

Had a bad experience with waiter named davy, it took 15 min just to get our order and then he didn't get the order correct and charged us for 3 fries when we only asked and got 2. When confronted about it he was super rude saying no he didn't make a mistake I had to put the receipt right in his face underlining his mistake! Bad experience I'm very disappointed because I eat here a lot, and never have gotten such bad service.

We had two coupons and they only took one so we spent more money than we were expecting. Also I got onion rings on the side and they charged me $3. That's ridiculous, if I knew there was a charge I would not have gotten them. My server said nothing and it wasn't clearly shown on the menu. So what was suppose to be a great experience turned out to be way more expensive than it should have been because we had 2 free entrees. No where on the coupon did it say that they both couldn't be used.

Our waitress seemed as if she didn't want to be there and not friendly. The cheese fries had mor cheese than fries, so after eating half of them, they were soggy, and couldn't find the fries that were drowning in the cheese. Was able to see the burnt fries though. Waitress didn't even ask how our meal was. She just dropped off the check and walked away.

The customer service there was really bad I asked for something they didn't give it to me the lady wanted her receipt she had it in her hand I just got so frustrated I even got mad at my husband

Ordered my burger well done and received it medium rare. It disgusted me and I will not return.
