Jack in the Box

The food was fresh hot it took a little while to get my order which was frustrating

Jack in the box always had the nicest employees.

I used to love going to jack in the box but the quality of this specific location has gone downhill in the past year. Management has changed and it has been run poorly ever since.

The service and staff was awesome the food however was kind of cold and soggy

I love going to this jack in the box. I had a great customer experience today with the woman at the window who took my order. Her name was Sarah and she was the nicest, most cordial, and helpful employee. She helped me to discover what I wanted to eat and gave me a wide range of options that I didn't know I had otherwise. Sarah deserves a lot of credit for her hard work.

The customer service was so good. Sarah in the drive thru did an awesome job and made me want to come back. She served me with a smile and made sure my order was correct which I really appreciated. She really knows how to give great customer service and I want to applaud her

This jack in the box location is my favorite. The girl working the drive thru named Sarah was spectacular and just super pleasant and helpful which I hardly get when I come to this jack in the box. It was refreshing to get taken care of by a girl who cared and was nice and polite.

Burger wasn't very good, and way smaller than the menu made it seem.... Dry chicken nuggets.. No salads available

Food was old, cold and dry!
