Love the hot ham and cheese

I got my favorite Hardee's burger the Frisco. We did have to pull up and wait on two combo meals. Given that, my burger was great the chicken strips were fresh but the French fries weren't fresh. With my experience working in food service they should've made fresh fries if I had to wait on the chicken especially since both items are cooked and packaged at the same station. Other than that madisonville ky Hardee's was great.

The last two times I've been here, I've gotten behind the same silver van in the drive thru. The drive thru lady and the silver van lady will just sit there and talk endlessly, holding up the line while some of us have to get to work. It's great to be nice to customers, but a two minute conversation is really too much.

Food was good but I had to pull forward and wait about ten minutes for it to cook.

Food always good. But the employees are always talking and rambling on wasting time at the window. And the exterior of the restaurant is in terrible shape.

Good food, nasty place. Need to clean badly.

Service was quick today. My little boy loves his Hardee's breakfast platter. Will be back.

order taker was highly rude and then when I made it to the window she was fighting with a co worker she didn't even hear half of my order for fighting

I ordered a omelet biscuit. My biscuit was burnt and the egg was also burnt. The biscuit was so hard I could not eat it. I took it back and got a fresh biscuit with fresh ingredients.
