Frisco melt was lacking on ingredients

The service was slow. Forgot crackers for chili and shake was warm

My husbands chili wasn't brought at all and wasn't told they were out of chili until his hamburger was brought. At that time we told her put shakes were here. After we were finished eating she looked at our table and said oh you didn't get your shakes. She wasn't even coming to ask. I told her no and not to bring them because we were done and ready to leave.
