Culver's

I really like this restaurant. I have to drive about 120 miles to get there but I'm often in kingwood so I go when I can. The food is always hot and fresh and the workers are never grumpy. They're eager to help and get our food out quickly. I will keep going there if they keep up this service.

I wish more companies were like culvers. They have coupons, and will even accept them after they have expired. Great way to treat their customers!!!

This experience was excellent. Food was hot and fresh. The lady assisted me to my table and got the high chair for my son. Super customer service. However I do want to note the last 2 times I came here I used drive thru and the food was horrible. Cheeseburger tasted like it had been sitting under a heat lamp as the tomatoes and lettuce were soggy. The fries were so bad that when I was at Kroger getting gas I almost came back and asked for a refund. Thankful for this customer service and great food today because had it been bad for a 3rd time then I would have been giving my business to CFA next door...
