For to go orders, custard should be prepared after order is complete. Due to delay on burgers custard was 1/2 melted

one of the items in my order was chili which I was looking forward to eating because it was such a cold day. The first chili i got tasted good but it was cold in temperature. so I brought it back up to the counter and told them. The employee I spoke to said we'll heat it up for you. Then he said how about I get you a whole new bowl. I said ok. when he brought me the second bowl it was cold just like the first one. It was watered down and barely had any meat in it. If I decide to visit a Culver's again in the future hopefully the chilli will be much better.
