In-N-Out Burger

The question wasn't worded very well to answer correct. The young man at the drive thru window was actually very friendly; however, he handed me a large soda that was overfilled. As he was handing it to me, the soda was squirting out the straw and the hole in the middle of the lid. I had soda spill all over me (wearing dress clothing) and all over the interior of my BMW. Needless to say, I was wet, stained, and furious. I now have to have the interior of my car cleaned secondary to how sticky it is.

I'm pretty sure the girl who took our order was talking to someone through the headset. When we walked up to the counter we heard her say oh god. She got or order wrong and marked it as done in even though we corrected her. They quickly fixed or order and bagged it for us. We will be back. Despite this incident we still love in n out.

Not much meat in the patty.

The fry cook today was in some sort of mood. Made me uncomfortable while waiting for my food.

their protein style is delicious!

I have never had such a horrible experience with in n out.
