Food was average, but red robin will still be a choice from time to time.

We were seated quickly but the tables were so close together that it was pretty uncomfortable. Also our "bottomless fries" refill took about 20 minutes to get to us. We had already paid the bill and we're ready to leave by the time our fries arrived. That was pretty disappointing.

Took forever to get waited on, and had to ask for everything the entire time. Very poor service, and it was extremely loud!

Disappointed about the table computers. What is point of wait staff now?

Went on a Wed PM- around 7:30- group of 5- our server was curt and less than helpful. Three of 5 in our party were shown to booth- 2 joined moments later- as he was leaving the table with the first 3drink orders didn't even greet or inquire the two joining the table. Was curt when asked for a glass of ice water after ordering a cocktail. Wanted us to order from the screen on the table. We wanted to order a new server. His attitude damped our dining experience.

Service was terrible. Food was ok but for the quality very overpriced. No better than McDonalds and way more expensive

Not enough staff for amount of customers. Tables dirty for too long. Waitress forgot appetizer.

Waited 45 minutes for food and the waitress only came when our drinks and food came out and then responded very rudely when we questioned her as to why she has not come for refills.
