Steak 'n Shake

the food is good, but they take forever to take your order and to bring you food. and to get refills is very unlikely.

The Festus location is SO slow!!!

Well they didn't sit people for like 30 Minutes. People weren't getting their food they sat their for 30 minutes and only got their waters until the girl went up and complained. This girl at the bar was waiting for one shake and we got ours before she did. We left before she got her shake and I was there before her.
