Good food clean

We ordered on 2 separate tickets. The person we were dining with had her meal finished and ours still hadn't arrived, 20 min later I had asked where it was. The apologized and brought it out immediately. I assume microwaved because some of the food was extremely hot where as other parts of same food was barely room temperature.
