We were driving past and it was the only place to eat so we stopped by

Getting started on a road trip and thought I would drive through for breakfast. I placed my order and pulled to the window. The employee took my card and scanned it for me at the device located on the outside of the drive thru window. I said thank you, no reply from the employee...she handed my my food and drink again I said thank you and again no reply. My tator rounds were cold, my steak biscuit was more like a piece of steak on top of the biscuit and not in it. Who ever assemble the biscuit did not break the biscuit open in half but more like 1/4. 3/4 of my biscuit was whole with the steak on top. I was very disappointed.
