I had to wait a really long time for my food to come out, several cars came and went before my food came but the staff gave me a coupon for a free sundae and apologized for the wait. I was very pleased with how kind they were!

The lid on my drink would not stay on. I even got a new lid and it wouldn't stay. When I got back to work the lid popped off and the cup was so flimsy it fell out of my grasp and all over the floor! For almost $3 that cup should have made it a few hours! It was as if it was disintegrating in my hands before my eyes!
