Stopped for custard. It was good!

Waited forever for a cheeseburger and onion rings. At the 8 minute point, once the fourth car behind me received its food before me, I called one of the workers over to ask about my meal. He said he would check. Another 5 minutes later, a different worker (the manager?) came out to apologize and gave me a coupon for a free value meal on my next visit. The food came a couple minutes later. Not sure what had happened, and why I had a 15 minute wait, but the staff was very apologetic.

I did not receive what I had ordered and had to go into the restaurant to get it corrected. Part of the order was rung up incorrectly and part was filled incorrectly. The drive thru display was not working or I would have seen that they did not have a portion of the order correct.

Burgers were very very greasy!!! Ice cream was melted & soupy & not much ice cream for the money ??????

By the time they gave me my sundae it was already soupy, so when I got home 3 min later I had more liquid than custard. $6 worth of milk...and the toppings were sparse.
