I ordered the roast beef sandwich and it was dry, and didn't taste very good. I end up throwing it away. Waste of money

Poor service

It took forever to get my food. Then cheeseburger basket I ordered did not have the meat on the bun. When I arrived home and discovered this I called the culverts on Lagrange rd in Frankfort Il and spoke with the manager Dan . He was very polite and understanding. He offered to send me some coupons. I also key him know this was not the first time I have been disappointed in this Culver's he apologized. On a scale of 1-10 I give this restaurant a 9 . With 10 being bad.
