Worry less slow service. Grumpy staff who didn't want to be there. Long time to get food and then meat patty was dried out cold and seemed to have been cooked yesterday. Other customers waiting for bad food and wondering why any of us were there. This store hasn't been acceptable since it opened.

The help is as slow as they can be. Can't get orders straight. Must be told repeatedly. Never a smile. Burger assembled strangely.

Wow. What Cani say. I visited them with a coupon. Previous visits have been terrible. Stood at abandoned counter for seven minutes. I timed it. Floor was covered with various things but mostly French fries. Two sets of keys on the counter begging to be stolen. Finally a kid appears and asks what I want. Really-- "wadaya want". You should stop sending out discount coupons. It just draws people to the store and leaves them a bad feeling. I ate at these stores in California 40 years ago and it was good. This franchise should its signage pulled. Just terrible.
