The girl that took our order didn't know what Au Jus is. It took a while to explain it to her. She finally asked her manager.

The staff weren't very friendly. The food was delivered quickly and the drinks were ok. But the prices of the sandwiches we got were outrageous. I got the Swiss melt and it was tiny for almost $10! It was bland, there was no flavor. My husband got the roast beef burger and it was old and very dry. Probably will not be returning to culvers any time soon.
