I wanted a strawberry mango smoothie and a strawberry mango cooler. Simple enough right??? I got to the window and was handed 3 strawberry mango smoothies. The girl told me that one of them was a cooler, but didn't know which one it was. I did take and pay for all three, but made them remake the cooler. (Which they did admit was wrong.)

Manager was somewhat rude when taking my order. Just her tone...like she really didn't want to be there. Then it took much longer than usual to get my order. It was one meal and I bet I waited at least 20 minutes. No they were not busy. Maybe two other customers waiting as well.

The staff was not engaged in helping customers but more in chatting. The manager was not actively coaching. Walleye was overlooked (very burnt and too hard to eat), our role were left off the plate and we had to wait for coleslaw to be made. The fish was a feature item. As a manager myself, I know I should be prepared and never run out of an item or at least have my front line staff aware and explain that to the customers as they order.
