The service in the drive thru was really slow then we had to wait for our food

They forgot the mushrooms on a mushroom and Swiss burger

Wasn't as good as I've heard

When the cashier handed me my soda, the lid was not on all the way. It exploded all over me & the inside of my car. I had to ask for napkins to clean it up (seems obvious that she would just get them & hand them to me but that didn't happen). She never once said she was sorry, just stared at me like I was crazy for being upset. After I pulled forward, got clean pants out of my bag (thankfully, we were traveling across the state) I spoke to a manger who did apologize but offered nothing in the way of consolation. Not even a fresh soda.
