steak 'n' shake was really good. they got the food ready fast. also, they were really nice and the restaurant was very clean.

The bathroom was atrocious and the waitress was lacking in service. Since Steak 'n Shake came to Augusta it has gone down. The fries are never hot which is a turn off.
