The facility was dirty, had merchandise in horrible repair, with a staff that seemed completely unconcerned about customer service to the point that they completely ignored customers until such a time that they were followed around and had assistance requested of them.

Disappointed that of the 3 other customers in the store each received simultaneous assistance from 2 employees and i did not get a "hello" or "be right with you" for 10 mins.
