Just pawned my laptop and ps4

The manager tonight (she) was VERY rude we were looking for a engagement ring see we have been going there since February and I have returned two rings within thirty days because I'm returning and adding money to get bigger and better but today she had a problem and was telling her employee that was helping us GOD only knows what very RUDE and I still am not satisfied and still have a positive credit balance.
