Went to Steak 'n Shake because we know it's quick. But when we got there, it was packed. Food looked different but was hot and tasted pretty good!

rthey didn't have our food ready when they said it would be and then it was only a partial order which meant we had to eat at the counter.

Slow staff when first seated. Didn't bring my daughter a kids menu and they were out of ice cream. Food tasted good other than that and staff was better after awhile
